  1. Changing one’s inner attitude doesn’t just change a few aspects of one’s outer life. Inner attitudes govern health, longevity, sexiness, even reduce cancers in some cases. This is especially true of gratitude, which enables one to derive greater pleasure from said longevity, then they otherwise would. Gratitude may be the most important attitude in humans because it is such a profound game changer across the board. Gratitude is the sea salt of emotions.
